D&D 5e Bard: College of Bureaucracy - Become an absurdly annoying bookkeeper [Compendium of Greed]

Hello everyone,

The entire Compendium of Greed was made during the OGL debacle. During that time I had to contact lawyers and other various services, and well WotC was releasing some – questionable — public statements. So I designed this subclass to mimic the spirit of their “cooperation”.

I do think the abilities for it ended up being quite fun, let me know what you think!
